LFW: STEVENTAI SS16
London Fashion Week has been amazing so far; I've had the opportunity to write for WJLondon after previously working for them during London Collections: Men. It has meant that I've been able to see some stunning presentations and runways and the Steventai SS16 presentation at the Elms Lesters Painting Rooms has been one of my favourites so far.
Set in a narrow room with a glass ceiling, the venue was transformed into a classroom complete with desks, a chalkboard and pictures of students with large, circle frame glasses.
The soft pastel tones created an aura of nostalgia and would have fit in perfectly with a Wes Anderson film. The collection was heavy in candy coloured ruffles, sheer organza in navy and detailed appliqués which were paired with the sweets and paper cut-outs on the models desk.
All images were taken by me :) - @andredevb
Peace and Blessings,
Andre
