ACCESSORIES MAKE THE MAN
It's been a while! With starting a new job, trying to sort upcoming events and the majority of my friends being on internships, it has been extremely difficult to set up an OOTD; so I had to be creative and thought about some of the smaller details that I notice when I look at very well dressed people, and that is accessories and small leather goods.
Small items can be your chance to make a statement and have fun with your style. They're not as expensive as clothing so you don't have to see them as investments that have to last several seasons.
Comme des Garcon make some of the best quality, and more affordable leather products for both men and women. This vibrant printed pouch is based on the streets of Barcelona and is great for holding loose items. I currently use this to keep my 100's of Lomo'Instant snaps, so all my memories are kept fashionably safe.
Recently companies like SkinnyDip London and Anya Hindmarch have made it so much easier to personalise items, and make pretty ordinary goods stand-out. My laptop pictured in the first image is covered in Lazy Oaf and Grimes stickers, alongside leather Anya Hindmarch stickers.
The items you use almost everyday are the most important, having something that will obviously be yours amongst other peoples things is an added benefit. The above image features an Alexander McQueen wallet, Marc Jacobs laptop case and some other fun brands.
I'm planning to do a few OOTD posts soon :), but I had fun arranging the items and playing with things around my room to make the pictures more interesting so I might do something similar again.
