GEARING UP FOR SPRING
It's slowly yet steadily getting warmer and it's inspiring me to try new things! This will be my first "outfit of the day" kind of post, and hopefully more will come if I get over the fear of asking people to take my picture haha.
After seeing articles about trends for the season on fashionbeans.com and British GQ, I thought I'd give it a go. Two key trends are white trainers and mixing green and blue.
All white trainers are a bit risky as they'd get easily ruined in central London. Therefore I choose to wear my new SS15 Raf Simons x Adidas trainers which are mostly white but have very vivid accents. As they have so many colours they are quite difficult to style, but then I remembered I had a Christopher Kane "molecular sweatshirt" I bought in the January sales. Matching this with a dark blue bomber jacket from H&M and dark raw denim jeans from Topman. *Quick tip - when wearing raw denim with light coloured shoes, roll the bottom up a bit to prevent the dye from the jeans running onto the shoes*.
